Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the QwertyAI iPhone app and keyboard ("the App"), provided by Usman Salim ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law or an included open-source licence gives you that right.
2. Corrections are suggestions
The App uses AI models that can make mistakes. Corrections may be wrong, may change the meaning of your text, or may miss errors. You are responsible for reviewing what you send or publish. Do not rely on the App for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes text without checking it yourself. You can undo a correction from the keyboard toolbar.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you type. We do not collect or receive it. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, to attack or interfere with the App or any system, or in a way that infringes others' rights.
5. Availability and requirements
The App needs iOS 26 or later. The Apple system model needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence with it turned on. The optional downloadable model requires a download and storage space. Features may change, and we may update or discontinue the App.
6. Third-party software
The App includes open-source software under its own licences, listed with the notices inside the App. Apple provides the system model and hosts the optional model download under its own terms.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that corrections will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for claims about the App, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
